We have been letting holiday cottages for several years. Our business has moved from the kitchen table to becoming a successful independent company. Guests must complete an online check-in form for each guest (including children), acknowledge the property's Terms and Conditions, and submit a copy of a valid photo ID before arrival. This must be completed before the property can provide self-check-in instructions.
The guest house requires a check-in age of 18, while the apartments and houses require a minimum age of 25.
We reserve the right to ask you to pay a refundable STC security deposit if most of your party is under 25.
